PrivSec Maastricht will bring together privacy, security and governance professionals from around Europe, for a two-day intensive conference that addresses industry issues, challenges and opportunities.

The conference in partnership with European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity, will present attendees with the opportunity to tap into the expertise of leading subject matter experts. 

The event will explore the inextricable link between data privacy and data security, providing attendees with access to first-rate content presented by a line-up of international speakers.

In partnership with the European Centre on Privacy & Cybersecurity (ECPC), Faculty of Law at Maastricht University​, the conference will take place in the state of the art Brightlands Campus. Brightlands Smart Services Campus is a revolutionary institute consisting of brilliant researchers and educators, innovative entrepreneurs, and companies. 

PrivSec will bring together 35+ leading experts from privacy, security and governance to deliver a breadth of content via solo presentations, panel discussions, debates, roundtables and workshops. Our international line-up of expert speakers combines practical and theoritical approaches to privacy and security, and explore how the two need to work together to achieve shared goals. 

PrivSec Maastricht will consist of 3 theatres, our agenda is designed to enable you to pick and choose the sessions that are most valuable for you. The event will also consist of a number of shared knowledge roundtables and workshop opportunities, as well as one-to-one meetings with subject matter experts. The event will run over two-days and there will be a whole host of learning opportunities for attendees to take advantage of. 

Content is at the heart of PrivSec; this two-day event will consist of over 40 hours of educational, insightful and inspirational content. PrivSec aims to deliver attendees with a variety of learning opportunities to suit their needs and wants. The conference content is designed to deliver practical advice and guidance, as well as a number of sessions focusing on theoretical learning and the bigger picture.
